The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
You means the individual accessing or purchasing the our products from our website htts://svsilkweavers.com ( SV SILKS), using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
At Unique Threads Sarees, we strive in giving our clients a 24 hours/365 days shopping experience, which is comprehensive of having a supportive Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
As a sarees Exporter each saree quality is checked, verified and then only shipped to the customer.
- Customer must provide the photograph of the defective product and our order number reference. You have parcel opening video will help us to understand your concern.
- Our support team will analyze the return request and approve the same.
- Once a return is approved, our Customer service team will provide the address for the return of material. Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund.
- Customer must return the product in original condition, unaltered and unused. The saree must have folding as on original.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days,
The Goods are in the original packaging
A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or the issue has to be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of received completed 7 days.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Sale of clearance sale items is final and will not be exchanged. Exchange or refund of sale items is done only in case of damaged product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Exchange policy:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or pattern, we can accommodate this as long as the item is in stock. Any excess amount will be charged, and we would need to contact you to organize additional payment.
We would be delighted to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size, but postage charges are applicable. We do not guarantee the availability of all sizes and colors on exchanges. For some sarees are only exchange policy is available.
